To return a product, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Return within 14 days from delivery date
- Be in the original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Return with original labels and packaging
- The sender address of the return must be the same as the order address
- To guarantee a quick and smooth repayment, ideally include a note (e.g. handwritten reason for the return) in the package
- The resulting return shipping costs are borne by the customer as we are still a very small label. Sorry!
